Larry and Diane are both licensed Realtors and members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. We began our real estate career in 2006 and have worked very hard to become top agents in The Valley. We live where we work and we love it!

We are both originally from Massachusetts where we still vacation each summer on Cape Cod. Larry is a graduate from Northeastern University. He had a very successful 26 years with The Hershey Foods Company. With Hershey we lived in Boston, Minnesota, New York, Minnesota (yes again), Illinois and Arizona. He held many leadership positions. He has always had a passion for Real Estate and together we are active investors in Real Estate. He loves his Jeep and four wheeling along with golf and our time with family on Cape Cod.

Diane was a Pediatric ICU nurse for 16 years while working at Massachusetts General, University of Minnesota and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, New York. Then she was blessed to stay home with the kids through their school years. She loves her spin and body pump classes, dining out and joining Larry on Jeep rides in the desert. Real Estate has become her latest passion!

In 2014 just 20 years old Connor acquired his Arizona Real Estate license following in the footsteps of his parents. He then graduated from Arizona State University with a business degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business in December 2014. Connor brings a fresh perspective to The Bearse Team and has been instrumental in integrating new marketing and promotional strategies for our clients. Growing up he played competitive tennis and still skateboards recreationally. He has grown up around the Real Estate business and has been working hard to become an incredible Realtor.

Our daughter Kylie is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Kylie started her career in Idaho Falls as a reporter/ anchor then to Salt Lake City reporting and doing Weather. She has now moved to Denver and is meteorologist . She loves to travel and does so anytime she can.

Our team has two dogs. Tucker, our Pomeranian, was saved from an uncaring home.  Connor has a young Australian Shepherd named Blue who spends his day at the office with the team. 

Relocating seven times has given us first-hand experience with the relocation process. In addition, we have become Certified Relocation Specialists.

Having sold many million dollar plus homes Larry has earned the prestigious designation of a certified Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
